Nolene Fabre brings over 25 years of leadership in finance and strategic planning to the board of ETA. With a deep commitment to empowering the next generation, Nolene is passionate about advancing the mission of ETA through strategic planning, long-term sustainability, and community engagement.
Currently, Nolene serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at See’s Candies, where she oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and tax functions. Prior to this, Nolene was the CFO for Reading Partners, a nonprofit that serves students in under-resourced schools who struggle with reading. Previously, Nolene held several senior financial roles at Gap Inc., as well as Veritas Software and Hyperion Solutions in Silicon Valley. Earlier in her career, Nolene was an audit partner at KPMG in San Francisco. Nolene holds a BS degree in Accounting from the Notre Dame de Namur University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Nolene has volunteered as a board or committee member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Francisco, Reading Partners, and LifeMoves, contributing to work that fosters growth and resilience. Nolene was also the Treasurer and Audit Committee member of Gap Foundation.
Outside of professional and nonprofit commitments, Nolene enjoys exercising outdoors, travel, reading and attending live sporting events.
